All the Shuttle Details
There will be 3 shuttles TO our wedding venue (Kennolyn Hilltop Hacienda):
Departing from the Pasatiempo Park and Ride for all Scotts Valley and Pasatiempo area guests: Please be there at 3:20 for a 3:30 departure.
Departing Marriott Courtyard at 313 Riverside Drive for guests staying at the Marriott or near downtown Santa Cruz: Please be downstairs ready to board at 3:20 pm for a 3:30 departure.
Departing Anna Jean Cummings Park parking lot for guests staying in Capitola or Soquel: Please be parked and ready to board at 3:25 for a 3:30 departure (See map below) There will be signage indicating our reserved parking area.
You indicated whether or not you would be taking the shuttle on your RSVP. If you indicated that you would be taking your own vehicle but have changed your mind, please text Hannah at 831-535-3037 or Cyndi at 831-419-2275 so that we can be sure we have enough space. If you don’t remember what you indicated, (we get it) you can also text one of us to ask – no judgement!
All shuttles will depart Kennolyn at 10:00 pm and each will make an initial stop at JJ’s Saloon for those attending the after party. They will then continue back to either Pasatiempo, Marriott or Anna Jean Cummings so if you are NOT going to the after party, make sure you get on the return shuttle that is returning to where you originally boarded/left your car! There will be signage on each bus. If you are going to the after party you may board any shuttle. You will be responsible for your own transportation from the after party to your final destination.
Even if you decide to skip the after party it is easier to get an Uber from one of our shuttle locations than from up the hill at Kennolyn.
Reminder that Kennolyn has plenty of guest parking and if you drive your own vehicle to the wedding and then decide it best to take a shuttle at the end of the evening, it is fine to leave your car there and retrieve it on Sunday, June 16.
